Privacy Policy

sualAI ("the app") is an AI chat assistant. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Information we collect

• Account: when you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a user identifier and (if provided) your name and email, used solely to create and secure your account.
• Conversations: messages you send are processed to generate AI responses. Chat history is stored locally on your device. Message content is sent securely to our processing backend and to our AI provider (Google Cloud Vertex AI) only to produce the reply.
• Usage counters: a per-account daily message count is stored to enforce plan limits.
• Diagnostics: minimal technical logs for reliability and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To provide the chat service, enforce subscription limits, secure accounts, and maintain reliability. Processing is performed by Firebase (authentication, usage, App Check) and Google Cloud Vertex AI (response generation) as our processors.

Sharing

We share data only with these infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service. We never sell personal data.

Retention & your choices

Chat history lives on your device and is removed when you sign out or delete the app. You can permanently delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account. For data requests, contact us.

Security

All network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Requests are authenticated and protected with Firebase App Check.

Children

sualAI is not directed to children under 13.
